visual language: an elephant, a butterfly and I (one hour task)

I knew from the outset of the task I would like to play with scale, perhaps in an unrealistic way. I started off thinking about scaling down the elephant. But then I thought about cropping and created a composition focusing on the elephant's legs. Elephants are big, so why not make them even bigger? An absolute giant of an elephant. So I played with scale this way, and made me smaller.

To fit the composition I twisted the trunk around. I am almost sure that structurally an elephant probably wouldn't work in this way, but as it's cropped out there is some leeway- or rather it is more forgiveable. It adds to the bizarreness, but does detract a little.

There is no overlapping in this image, which could add something new and more interesting if I did use it.
