I am considering using pencil crayon for the current project and have turned to Yann Kebbi for inspiration. I like his use of bright colour and how he uses the paper white as part of the image.
I am also fond of his sketchbook work that he documents online. His work is already quite loose but the fluidity of these suggests a first hand observation, and makes me feel like I am there observing it too. They are quick snapshots, like a photograph filled with memories.
